Join us for a 4-week journey designed to support your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and bring more calm and clarity into your daily life.
Hannah will guide you through somatic movement, where motion becomes medicine. Through specific exercises for nervous system regulation, you'll move out of fight/flight/freeze states and create new pathways for safety, softness, and self-connection.
During each session, we’ll combine somatic exercises, journaling, and communal sharing to shift into a Rest & Digest state.
Ana is a writer and facilitator of writing & creative circles. During this course she will hold space for journaling with prompts that facilitate self-expression, increased self-honesty and clarity. Connecting with your truth in this safe, communal space also means that you’ll feel more connected to others too.
