Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m a somatic practitioner and nervous system educator based in Amsterdam. I help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and gently move beyond patterns of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm through somatic guidance both in person and online.

I truly enjoyed my sessions with Hannah. We explored parts of myself that I had always known were there but had never been able to connect with. The sessions created space for emotions and thoughts that had long remained in the background.
