Single sessions

Sessions can be held on Zoom or at my practice in Amsterdam.

A single session is meant to bring guidance on topics that you wish to gain clarity around. For example, a pattern you would like to gain insight about, a habit you wish to change or a life situation you are facing.

We’ll start by looking into what theme or topic wants to be explored. Oftentimes when we are faced with a problem or obstacle, there’s is an invitation that asks us to grow into something new and transform something within ourselves.

Our wounds teach us about the nature of our being. The inner wound is the instrument through which our innate wholeness becomes more conscious.

We will then look into what message the issue you are dealing with holds. For example, we can start a dialogue with an aspect of you that is longing to be seen, such as a strong emotion like grief or shame for example. By bringing awareness to these (oftentimes repressed) parts in the body, they are brought out of the dark into the light, and this is exactly where healing begins. We can offer these parts our full Presence and a lot of space so that they can feel welcome to be in your experience.

somatic aspect

During the session we’ll address the somatic aspect of your experience by bringing awareness to the body as much as possible. In this way it becomes clear what patterns and emotions are in the body - especially at the level of the nervous system. Your nervous system is connected with every single part of your physical body. Many mystics even said it’s the bridge that connects us to our Soul. This part of us also holds our survival mechanisms like the ‘freeze’ response to protect ourselves from our wounds.

I will invite you to become more aware of these mechanisms in your body by bringing softness and compassion to these parts. Through nervous system exercises you will learn how to bring yourself to a place of safety & regulation.

During the session, we can also explore movement and other physical exercises to support your nervous system

The frequency of the soul

During a session we can tune in with a higher aspect of yourself as wel; your Soul. Or perhaps words like ‘Higher Self’, ‘True Self’, or ‘Authentic Self’ speak more to you. Different words resonate for different people, but it’s all about connecting to the deepest part of you.

In a relaxed and expanded state, you can easily connect to this part and become more familiar with its frequency. This is actually much easier than you may think! I will invite your Soul to bring answers to any questions you may have. You will gain clarity about your current life situation and understand what is needed for you to move forward. You will be surprised about how pragmatic this part of you really is!
