In Somatic Guidance, I help you release stored tension and tap into your body's self-healing capacity.

WHAT IS SOMATIC GUIDANCE?
The word ‘soma’ comes from ancient Greek and is usually translated as ‘the body’. It really means the ‘living wholeness of a person’ which includes the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect of the human being.
In Somatic Guidance I teach you to reconnect to yourself and your body, using specific exercises to release tension and techniques to bring you in a state of safety and regulation.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Hannah. We were able to access layers within me that I knew were there, but now I was able to finally connect to these parts. This created more space for feelings and thoughts that are normally in the background of my experience. Hannah brings a lot of presence to her sessions and there’s also space to laugh, be silent and sometimes just wander to pick up where we left. Everything is welcome. I also really enjoyed our meditations together, they felt like coming home.
